IOCL Apprentice Age Limit:-
Ø As of 31 October 2023, the minimum age was 18 and the maximum age was 24.
Ø Up to a maximum age of 29 for SC/ST, up to a maximum age of 27 for OBC-NCL, and an additional 10 years for PWD.
Qualifications Criteria Of IOCL Apprentice Post Wise:-
1. Trade Apprentice (Chemical & Boiler):- Math, Physics, Chemistry, or Industrial Chemistry for a three-year bachelor's degree.
2. Trade Apprentice (Fitter):- 10th Pass with 02 years ITI in Fitter trade.
3. Technician Apprentice (Chemical):- 03 years Diploma in Refinery and petrochemical engineering, chemical technology, and chemical engineering.
4. Technician Apprentice (Mechanical):- A three-year mechanical engineering degree.
5. Technician Apprentice (Electrical):- Electrical engineering or electrical and electronics engineering diplomas are three years long.
6. Technician Apprentice (Instrumentation):- A three-year diploma in instrumentation engineering, instrument and electronics, or a related field is required.
7 7. Trade Apprentice (Secretarial Assistant):- B.A./B.Sc./B.Com degree, three years.
8. Trade Apprentice (Accountants):- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) in three years.
9. Trade Apprentice (Data Entry Operator) (Fresher):- You must have passed the 12th grade.
10. Trade Apprentice (DEO) (Skill Certificate Holders):- Class XII (10+2) Pass with 'Domestic Data Entry Operator' Skill Certificate.

Selection Process of IOCL Apprentice 2023:
1. Written Test - Multiple-choice questions (MCQs) of the objective type, with four possible answers and one correct response.
2.Documents Verification - On a suitable day, candidates who passed the online test may be contacted for the online document verification.
IOCL Apprentice Exam Details 2023-24
Ø The Written Test results will determine the Merit List for each candidate.Exam Time 2 Hours.
Ø The older candidate will be given preference based on their date of birth if two or more candidates who performed equally on the written test.
Ø According to the data contained in their online applications, call letters will be sent to those applicants who meet the preliminary eligibility requirements for the Written Test.
Ø The written exam will be given in Delhi to applicants for an apprenticeship at Panipat Refinery and Petrochemical Complex. The admit card will include all of the specific venue information.
Ø There are four possible answers for the Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) in the Written Test, only one of which is the right response.
Ø Candidates who pass the written test with at least 40% of the possible points are eligible to move on to the selection procedure. For reserved positions, candidates from the SC/PwBD categories must get a minimum qualifying score of 35%.

Ø Starting on October 21, 2023, qualified individuals may submit an online application using the IOCL Apprentice Online Application Portal (www.iocrefrecruit.in).
Ø The candidate must have a mobile phone number and active email address that are both good for at least the upcoming year.
Ø Candidates must upload a scanned copy of their color photo and signature in jpg format along with any other pertinent papers after completing the online application.
Ø The deadline to submit an online application is Monday, November 20, 2023, at 11:55 PM.
